Share a thoughtfully designed room at Hotel Sages with a fellow retreat guest, partner or friend. Double occupancy offers a more social and community-centered experience while still providing comfort and relaxation. Ideal for those who enjoy connection and shared moments during their Bali retreat journey. Payment Plans available. Balance must be paid by September 30th.

Terms

The Payor agrees to pay the remaining balance by September 30, 2026. A $400 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of registration to reserve your space and will be applied toward the total retreat price.

After the retainer is paid, remaining payments may be completed via Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or CashApp.

Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your retreat booking and forfeiture of retainer unless otherwise agreed.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

The $400 retainer required to reserve your space is non-refundable and non-transferable. The retainer will not be returned or credited toward a future retreat in the event of cancellation.

All additional payments made toward the Vibration & Meditation, Reset & Return: Bali Yoga Retreat 2026 are also non-refundable. If you need to cancel, 20% of payments made beyond the $400 retainer may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat occurring within 12 months of the original retreat start date.

Any future-retreat credit is non-transferable and may be used once. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect against unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from attending.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of retreat payments made or may transfer their booking to a future retreat date, if offered. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including flights, transportation, travel insurance, or other travel arrangements.
